CORVALLIS, Ore. – The Oregon State wrestling team returns eight starters and five NCAA participants from a 2015-16 unit that captured its fifth consecutive Pacific-12 Conference championship.
"We've been working hard and had a good preseason," said coach Jim Zalesky, who begins his 11th year as OSU having earned the last five Pac-12 Coach of the Year awards. "I like the way we are working, I like our attitude and the way we work out."
The Beavers were ranked 16th on Wednesday in the first USA Today/NWCA Division I poll.
