Kansas, the No. 1 overall seed in the 2016 NCAA Tournament, is the favorites to win the national championship according to the Westgate SuperBook in Las Vegas.
The Westgate (via ESPN) has the Jayhawks as 9-2 favorites, followed by Michigan State and North Carolina at 5-1. Virginia and Villanova come in at 12-1, with Kentucky and Oregon given 15-1 odds. Oklahoma is next at 20-1, with Xavier, West Virginia and Duke each 25-1.
