Michigan football coach calls Oregon drivers 'slowest' and 'most cautious' in country on recruiting trip

All eyes are on college football programs and their coaches in the fall on Saturdays, but as most coaches will point out, there's a lot of work that goes into it during the rest of the year.

One of the least glamorous jobs is hitting the road for recruiting, which can take coaches all across the country and lead to less-than-glamorous misadventures, such as Oregon State coaches getting stuck in an elevator earlier this year.

It also gives coaches a firm grasp of the best and worst the country has to offer.

On Tuesday, Michigan running back coach Jay Harbaugh, the son of head coach Jim Harbaugh, took to social media to express his frustrations with Oregon drivers, specifically how slow and overly cautious they are on the road:

Also after driving in the majority of states of this great union, I believe Oregon drivers are by far the slowest and most cautious

That's not a snap judgement, either.
