Former Oregon State outfielder Michael Conforto has been named an Major League Baseball All-Star for the first time in his career.
The 88th MLB All-Star Game presented by Mastercard will be played July 11 in Miami. Watch on FOX at 4:30 p.m. PT.
Conforto, who played for Oregon State from 2012-14 and is the first three-time All-American in school history, is batting .285 in 221 at bats for the New York Mets this season. He has hit 14 home runs with 41 runs batted in.
