Miami Dolphins QB Jay Cutler: I don't have to be in great shape to play quarterback

joined the team for practice Tuesday morning, and Cutler said he's has some catching up to do to learn the offense and regain strength in his arm.

"I think a couple more days out here, I'll be back and be 100 [percent]. The offense is gonna come," Cutler told reporters Tuesday morning. "I think it's just sitting in the pocket, getting my feet underneath me, just the timing of the game, the rhythm. That kind of stuff is gonna take a little bit of time, but hopefully it comes back pretty quickly.

Cutler, 35, emerged from a brief retirement to signed a one-year, $10 million deal to join the Dolphins, who were in need of a quarterback after Ryan Tannehill suffered a left knee injury that may require season-ending surgery.
