CORVALLIS, Ore. – Oregon State men’s golf head coach Jon Reehoorn announced Thursday that three student-athletes have signed National Letters of Intent to join the program for the 2016-17 season.
The class includes Kyosuke Hara from Honolulu, Hawai’i, Shawn Lu, from Honolulu, Hawai’i and Diego San Pedro from Richmond, British Columbia.
“One question I’m often asked is what do I look for in recruits,” Reehoorn said. “A key factor or maybe predictor of success at the college level is how they finish in junior events on what I know to be a difficult course.
