McLaughlin, Barnard Honored by Pac-12

SAN FRANCISCO – Oregon State setter Kylee McLaughlin has been named Pac-12 Freshman of the Year and Mark Barnard voted as the Pac-12 Coach of the Year when the conference announced its volleyball postseason awards today. Mary-Kate Marshall and Maddie Goings also picked up Pac-12 accolades.

McLaughlin, who was a three-time Pac-12 Freshman of the Week honoree this season, has directed the Beavers' offense throughout the season. McLaughlin, a native of Carrollton, Texas, ranks fourth in the conference with 10.72 assists per set and has accumulated 1,243 assists in 2017, the second-most by a freshman in OSU history.
