SPOKANE, Wash. – Oregon State redshirt freshman guard Kendal Manuel scored a career-high 20 points on Wednesday night to lead the Beavers in a 75-62 loss to Washington State at the Spokane Arena.
Manuel made a career-best six 3-pointers in nine attempts and added three assists but it wasn't enough to prevent OSU (4-12, 0-3 Pac-12) from dropping its third consecutive Pacific-12 Conference game. His previous bests were 18 points against Savannah State on Dec. 11, and five 3-pointers at Charlotte on Dec. 3. He had totaled just seven points in his previous two games.
