The Oregon State Beavers are running up against the scholarship limit in the class of 2017, as the program has 17 committed players and approximately 25 slots available.
Oregon State added a spot while losing a prospect Wednesday evening, as 247Sports three-star defensive end Lorenzo Fauatea decommitted from the Beavers and announced a top four of BYU, Oregon State, Utah and Utah State.
The 6-foot-4, 265-pound defensive lineman, out of Hunter High School (Salt Lake City, Utah), is expected to take an LDS mission after completing high school this spring.
All glory to my Heavenly Father above.
