Oregon State Beavers football coach Gary Andersen and his staff are holding a press conference at noon to discuss JC Signing Day and other program developments.
Andersen won't speak until 1:30 p.m., at which point he'll surely be asked about the Kalani Sitake to BYU rumors. Sitake is scheduled to be at the press conference.
