CORVALLIS, Ore. – Trevor Larnach hit a sixth-inning grand slam and Grant Gambrell tossed seven scoreless innings as the Oregon State baseball team swept Hartford via a 5-0 win Sunday afternoon at Goss Stadium at Coleman Field.
Larnach's sixth-inning round tripper marked his fifth home run of the season and sent the Beavers to their 12th consecutive victory to open the season. Oregon State has been 12-0 five times in program history, and the start is the best since the 2013 team won its first 15 games.
