2 Beavers So Far Going All-Star Bowling
Oregon State NG/DT/DE Kyle Peko received and accepted a bid today to the National Football League Players' Association Collegiate Bowl, one of the several college football postseason all-star games that put outgoing seniors in front of NFL scouts during both the week of practices and the game.
The NFLPA Collegiate Bowl is held at the StubHub Center at Cal State University Dominguez Hills in Carson, California. Former NFL head coaches lead the teams, and other NFL veteran coaches round out the staff.
For Peko, its a fitting reward for his only season at the FBS level, where he had a solid season while playing multiple positions in multiple formations as Oregon State struggled with a lack of depth, experience, and talent across the roster.
