The salary makes Clune OSU's highest-paid assistant coach and also gives him a significant raise, as he made $220,120 holding the same position at Utah State last year, according to USA Today's assistant coach salary database. Former Beavers defensive coordinator Kalani Sitake had a base annual salary of $730,008 in 2015, before taking the head-coaching job at BYU in December.
