SEATTLE – Junior and sophomore set school records on Saturday to pace the Oregon State track & field team on Day 2 of the Washington Invitational at the Dempsey Indoor Center.
D'Arpino set a school record of 7.58 in the 60 meters in the semifinals, breaking the former mark of 7.71 she shared with Allie Church. She then placed eighth in 7.68 in the finals.
"Kerissa ran unbelievable, she broke the old school record three times," as she also ran 7.70 in the opening round of qualifying, OSU coach said. "That's outstanding."
