The Oregon State Beavers hosted several talented prospects over the weekend, hoping to fill out their final scholarships in the days leading up to National Signing Day.
After adding preferred walk-on offensive lineman Gunnar Braden earlier in the day, Oregon State landed a scholarship athlete in Rivals three-star athlete Kee Whetzel, out of Clearwater, Florida.
The 6-foot-3, 184-pound prospect also had offers from Alcorn State, Buffalo, Central Florida, Florida A&M, Indiana, Iowa State, Jacksonville State, Louisville, Massachusetts, Purdue, Samford, South Alabama, South Florida and Toledo.
