Idaho State instrumental part of careers for Gary Andersen, Telly Lockette

CORVALLIS — Gary Andersen is terrible at remembering addresses. And who could blame him? He's spent a large chunk of his adult life on the nomadic coaching path, with stops ranging from Utah to Louisiana to Wisconsin and now Corvallis.

But Andersen can still easily rattle off 1831 Rainier Drive, the 845-square-foot home his young family occupied in Pocatello, Idaho from 1992-93 during his tenure as Idaho State's defensive line coach.

Telly Lockette fondly remembers Pocatello, too. Two decades before coaching Oregon State's running backs, he moved there from Miami to play linebacker for the Bengals. The mountains shocked him.
