But that effort took a hit Wednesday, as 247Sports four-star quarterback Hank Bachmeier chose Boise State over Cal, Oregon State, Georgia, Tennessee and others.
The 6-foot-3, 188-pound signal-caller, out of Murrieta Valley High School (Murrieta Valley, California), was widely considered to be the Beavers' top target at the position.
