CORVALLIS, Ore. – Welcome to the first installment of our series introducing the newcomers to the 2018 cross country team, beginning with Alyssa Foote. She is a junior transfer from Seattle Pacific hailing from Beaverton, Ore.
Why did you choose Oregon State/What are you looking forward to most about running at Oregon State?
I chose Oregon State because I wanted to be closer to home and OSU has the academic program I'm interested in pursuing. I'm just excited to improve my running and compete with some of the top runners in the NCAA.
