CORVALLIS — Gary Andersen did not take any blistering shots at Oregon. But he also did not shy away from the Civil War rivalry.
"If I'm driving down the street and I see a car with an 'O' on it, I want to pass it," Andersen said during his Monday press conference in advance of Saturday afternoon's showdown against the Ducks in Corvallis. "That's just me. That's the way I'm hooked up."
The Beavers (3-8, 2-6 Pac-12) head into this weekend's rivalry matchup coming off their most complete performance of the Andersen era, a 42-17 throttling of Arizona.
