CORVALLIS — While detailing his biggest takeaways from Oregon State's 35-31 loss to Washington State, coach Gary Andersen again turned his attention to the Beavers' 13 penalties for 110 yards.
The coach noted he still had a list of all the infractions in his pocket. And then he took the paper out to publicly review.
In all, "that's way too many penalties," the coach said. He could live with a holding or pass interference call, given the aggressiveness in the heat of the moment. But he called the personal foul by Jaylynn Bailey on a punt return "selfish.
