CORVALLIS – Among the topics discussed during Oregon State defensive coordinator Kevin Clune's introductory press Friday were the recent adjustments to the Beavers' staff.
Head coach Gary Andersen said after analyzing the past season of Pac-12 play that he determined Oregon State needed to have five coaches on each side of the ball. This led to the segmentation of numerous position groups on both offense and defense.
When previous defensive coordinator Kalani Sitake left Oregon State to take the head coaching job at BYU, he brought Beavers linebackers coach Ilaisa Tuiaki to take over as his defensive coordinator.
