CORVALLIS, Ore. – Former Oregon State high jumper Dick Fosbury, an NCAA champion and 1968 Olympic gold medalist, will receive the E.B. Lemon Distinguished Alumni Award on Friday in a ceremony at the CH2M Hill Alumni Center.
