The Benton County Sheriff's Office on Monday arrested former Oregon State football player Jordan Pace on four charges, including rape.
According to a secret indictment filed to Benton County Circuit Court on Nov. 8, a grand jury accused Pace, 19, of first degree rape, first degree unlawful sexual penetration, first degree sodomy and second degree sexual assault. All four charges are felonies and would carry a maximum 65-year prison sentence if convicted.
Pace was arraigned Monday and pleaded not guilty to all four charges.
The charges relate to an alleged incident on or about May 14, 2017, according to court documents.
