Former Oregon State Commit Jamire Calvin Picks Nebraska

In front of a live television audience during the U.S. Army All-American Game, four-star wide receiver Jamire Calvin picked up an Oregon State hat and placed it on his head, in one moment changing the context of the Beavers’ 2017 recruiting haul. Then, just ten days later, the standout talent suddenly became the next Beavers star that never was, when he announced his intention to re-open his recruiting. Now, just days before National Signing Day, Calvin has seemingly found a new home, in a school that was always speculated as a likely contender for his services.

On Friday, Calvin announced his commitment to Nebraska, one of his original five final schools, via a post on his Twitter account.
