Ex-OSU star CB Brandon Browner returning to Seattle Seahawks

The Seattle Seahawks original "Legion of Boom" could stage a return in 2016.

Cornerback Brandon Browner signed a one-year deal with the Seahawks, the team announced Sunday.

The former Oregon State star will team with cornerback Richard Sherman, along with safeties Kam Chancellor and Earl Thomas to bring back the secondary's original "Legion Boom."

Browner, 31, played with the Seahawks from 2011-2013, and made an impact during his first season in Seattle, picking off six passes for interceptions and returning two of them for touchdowns. Browner earned a trip to the Pro Bowl appearance.
