Derek Anderson's first start with the Buffalo Bills was a disaster last week. However, the former Oregon State quarterback will make his second consecutive start Monday night when the Bills face the New England Patriots.
Bills coach Sean McDermott said Monday that starter Josh Allen is still hampered by an elbow injury and will not play. McDermott named Anderson the starter over second-year quarterback Nathan Peterman.
Anderson, 35, struggled during the Bills 37-5 loss to the Indianapolis Colts in Week 7.
