Kansas City cornerback Steven Nelson receives plenty of attention during games.
The second-year slot cornerback and former Oregon state player starts in a secondary with Marcus Peters, one of the league's best cornerbacks and safety Eric Berry, another elite defensive back. With quarterbacks avoiding Peters and Berry, opposing quarterbacks have opted to test Kansas City's other cornerbacks often during games.
Nelson, in his second season but first as a starter, has responded very well. Nelson said he's learned a lot playing alongside Peters and Berry, two first-team All-Pro selections in 2015.
