CORVALLIS, Ore. – Oregon State senior Dani Dessaints has been named as a finalist for the AAI Award, announced by American Athletic, Inc.
The AAI Award annually recognizes the most outstanding senior female gymnast in the nation and the winner is determined by a vote of the sports' head coaches.
The field, which has been reduced to 10 finalists, also includes Kennedy Baker and Alex McMurtry from Florida, Brianna Brown from Michigan, Cami Drouin-Allaire from George Washington, Myia Hambrick from LSU, AJ Jackson from Oklahoma, Christine Peng-Peng Lee from UCLA, Elizabeth Price from Stanford and Kiana Winston from Alabama.
