Who's out: Jim McElwain. Florida and McElwain "mutually parted ways" after a tumultuous end to his tenure in Gainesville. The former Alabama OC and Colorado State head coach went a 22-12 in nearly three seasons at UF, including a 16-8 mark in SEC play and won the SEC East during his first two seasons with the Gators.
