Rivals three-star offensive lineman Cody Shear, out of Sheldon High School (Oregon), has a decision date set for July 5.
On Sunday, the 6-foot-4, 280-pound lineman released his top 3 and broke down each of his finalists.
Shear on Washington State: "You look at their record. They have a great quarterback coming back who is going to lead the team. Their offensive line, and offense in general, runs the same offense that Sheldon runs. Their offensive line moves downfield. They throw the ball a lot, but for how often they throw the ball, a lot of them are screen passes.
