CORVALLIS -- A routine practice rep during Oregon State's Sunday spring workout suddenly yielded a hollering crowd, as cornerback Christian Wallace and wide receiver Isaiah Hodgins got into a brief scuffle.
Beavers cornerbacks coach Cory Hall welcomed the extra dose of physicality from Wallace, as the coach had previously challenged the cornerback to display that exact quality. And Wallace's presence alone this spring is a welcome sign for OSU, after the four-star signee had to sit out the entire 2016 season due to academics.
"I learned that football will go on with me or without me," Wallace said.
