SAN FRANCISCO – Freshman Jade Carey earned her seventh conference honor this season after pulling down the Pac-12 Freshman of the Week award, the conference announced Tuesday afternoon.
Following her performance at No. 4 Utah, this is the fifth consecutive week and fourth freshman honor for the Olympic gold medalist during her young Beaver career.
Carey helped Oregon State gymnastics earn its fourth 197 of the 2022 campaign in Salt Lake City, Utah as it's the first time since 2017 that the Beavers have done so in a single season.
