A spokesperson for OSU told me of the logo reveal: "It's going bonkers."
I thought it was a smart tactical move by Oregon State to unveil the helmet plans early. The retro fits the theme: "The Return." It goes with coach Jonathan Smith's return. The Beavers will feature "Benny the Beaver" on their helmets for the Oct.
