Oregon beat Wyoming 49-13 and is ranked in the Top 25. Oregon State lost to Washington State 52-23.

A) Is Oregon back? That's become the question to ask. I'm not ready to say the Ducks are back, despite being ranked in the Top 25. I think the Ducks have played about as well as anyone in the country in the first half of their games this season. They've been bad at times in the second half. I'll say they're back when I see them play four good quarters against a good opponent.
