Beau Baldwin (Offensive Coordinator, Cal) -- The former Eastern Washington coach was a quarterbacks coach there when current OSU athletic director Scott Barnes worked there. They know each other, some. Baldwin has a great offensive mind, and is paid well ($570,000 annually) in his current role at Cal.
