The Oregon State Beavers are expected to have a smaller-than-usual 16-man 2018 recruiting class, which has placed a premium on scholarship offers this year.
Despite limited space in the 2018 recruiting cycle, Oregon State is hoping to continue its Florida pipeline with the possible addition of consensus three-star wide receiver Calvin Lockett.
On Monday, the 6-foot-2, 160-pound pass-catcher, out of Largo High School (Largo, Florida), narrowed his list to a top five, as Illinois, Iowa, Oregon State, Purdue and South Florida made the cut.
