Bryce Bramscher, Jack Holum to join Oregon State as preferred walk-ons

Oregon State has added in-state tight ends Bryce Bramscher and Jack Holum as preferred walk-ons, the school announced Wednesday afternoon. Both players will join the program for summer workouts.

"Recruiting young men from Oregon will always be a priority for us, and we are excited to have Bryce and Jack join Beaver Nation," coach Gary Andersen said in a release.

The additions give the Beavers some depth at a position group that will be heavily involved in the offense in 2017 but has only three players on the roster this spring. Noah Togiai is back practicing following a season-ending knee injury, while Tuli Wily-Matagi returns after being forced into action as a redshirt freshman and Quinn Smith is now eligible after sitting out the 2016 season due to NCAA transfer rules.
