Beavs in Bend Day One

Its looks anything but fall from Bend's Summit High School, but, in the world of college football it's day one of "fall camp" from an elevation of 3,623 feet. For comparison purposes, the Tommy Prothro Football Complex back on the campus of Oregon State University checks in at 235 feet.

Even with that elevation change, OSU's medical staff does not anticipate anything out of the usual with regards to the student-athletes, other than some increased calorie intake by a handful of Beavers and a heightened awareness on hydration.
