There was a welcome sight back at Oregon State practice on Tuesday.
Beavers junior Seth Collins participated in his first practice since a health scare last fall sidelined the electric wide receiver for the final two games of the 2016 season and kept him out of spring ball.
"I feel great," Collins told reporters Tuesday. "Ready to play, just compete. I got something to prove, just like everybody else.
"I'm out here and I'm giving it everything I got. It's just a blessing to be out here, have my health and be able to come out here and compete with everybody.
