CORVALLIS, Ore. - The Oregon State women's cross country and track and field program is excited to welcome 15 newcomers to the team this season. Four of the new Beavers are transfers, while 11 are true freshmen.
Specializing in distance events and competing this fall on the cross country course are Grace Rubio, Eimy Martinez, Christina Geisler, Emily Foote and Emma McCurry. Rubio hails from San Luis Obispo, Calif. and will be joining the Beavers as a true freshman. In the 5K, she has clocked a personal best of 18:13 and has posted personal bests of 5:13.
