WAILUKU, Maui – The No. 19 Oregon State women's basketball team bid Aloha to the 2017 Maui Jim Maui Classic with an 89-49 victory over Nevada Friday evening in Wailuku, Hawaii.
"I was really proud of the effort," said Oregon State head coach Scott Rueck. "I thought we scrapped really hard tonight, and played really good defense. We kept them off balance, and that allowed us to jump in front right off the bat. We shot the ball and moved the ball well. Overall this was a really strong performance - the team just had a great time competing.
