CORVALLIS – The No. 12 Oregon State women's basketball team earned a 67-62 win over No. 2 Oregon Monday evening in an instant classic at a sold out Gill Coliseum.
"This game was the battle you knew it would be," said Oregon State head coach . "It was an incredible atmosphere – the energy that Beaver Nation brings to us is incredible. I was proud of this team for continuing to mature right in front of our eyes. Our defense was on point from the beginning of the game, we hit big shots, and our energy and will to win was elite.
