Beavers Sweep Saturday Doubleheader

CORVALLIS, Ore. – The seventh-ranked Oregon State baseball team swept UC Davis in a doubleheader Saturday afternoon at Goss Stadium at Coleman Field, winning game one, 4-0, before taking game two, 14-2.

Luke Heimlich was dominant in game one, striking out 10 – reaching double figures for the second time this season – while limiting the Aggies to just three singles. He did not issue a walk and improved to 2-0 on the season after picking up the win.

Nick Madrigal and KJ Harrison each had two hits to lead the Oregon State (9-1 overall) attack.
