SALT LAKE CITY, Utah - No. 13-ranked Oregon State gymnastics suffered its second loss of the season Friday night, falling to No. 4-ranked Utah Utes 198.00-197.150 inside Jon M. Huntsman Center. It was the first time since the 2017 season that the Beavers scored its fourth 197 in a single season.
Oregon State began the dual meet with a 49.000 opening routine on bars. Senior Colette Yamaoka posted a 9.775 followed by Carley Beeman's 9.80. Senior Madi Dagen started her stellar night with a 9.825 routine but not before a fall from Kayla Bird slowed the momentum down.
