Beavers ride Harrison homer, Ducks errors to 6-3 Civil War win

CORVALLIS – Oregon State matched its season-low four hits but used a three-run KJ Harrison home run in the third inning to earn a 6-3 win over Oregon on Saturday at Goss Stadium.

The Ducks had four errors, two apiece in the two innings that Oregon State scored six runs.

The Beavers and Ducks are now back in a five-way tie for fifth place in the Pac-12 standings, one day after Oregon took a brief one-game lead over its in-state rival. Oregon State's victory snapped a five-game losing streak that was the team's longest since 2011.
