Mikayla Pivec and Marie Gulich scored 37 combined points to lead the Oregon State Beavers (7-2) past the Savannah State Tigers (2-6). Gill was packed with 8,280 fans, which included thousands of students from around the state for the annual Beavers Beyond the Classroom game.
Gulich reeled in her third double-double of the year by scoring 18 on 7-of-8 shooting and nabbing 10 boards. Pivec added three rebounds, two steals, one assist, and a block to her game leading 19 points. Three other Beavers scored in double figures in Joanna Grymek (16), Kat Tudor (11), and Taylor Kalmer (10).
