CORVALLIS – The Oregon State women's soccer team opened practice for the 2018 season on Wednesday, as the Beavers returned to the field for their first training session of the year. With a mixture of young players and experienced upperclassman, OSU was excited to get back on the field.
"I thought it was a good start for the overall group," said head coach Linus Rhode. "We had a good morning to assess where everyone is at. For us, it was a good first day."
Oregon State's core of returners is led by senior Allison Pantuso, who started 18 matches last season in the midfield and as a centerback.
