STANFORD, Calif. -- Tres Tinkle had 19 points and nine rebounds and Gary Payton II added 14 points to lead Oregon State to a 62-50 win over Stanford on Thursday night at Maples Pavilion.
The Beavers (15-8, 6-6 Pac-12) never trailed in the game and held the Cardinal to an opponent season-low 50 points to snap a 10-game Pac-12 road losing streak.
Malcolm Duvivier hit three 3-pointers in the first half and finished with a spectacular all-around game with 11 points, two rebounds, three assists and two steals.
Tinkle went 7-for-13 from the field, including 2-for-5 from beyond the arc, and scored six points in the final minute for his game-high 19 points.
