Beavers Net Win in Home Opener

CORVALLIS, Ore. – The Oregon State University football team opened up the home portion of its 2017 schedule with a 35-32 win over Portland State on Saturday at Reser Stadium.

The Beavers moved to 1-1 on the year while the Vikings fell to 0-2.

Jake Luton finished the game with 18 completions on 25 attempts for 235 yards and one touchdown to Isaiah Hodgins late in the fourth quarter.

Ryan Nall, Darell Garretson and Trevorris Johnson all found the end zone for OSU as the Beavers combined for 154 yards on the ground.
