Corvallis, Ore. – Oregon State senior guard Jamie Weisner (pictured) scored a game-high 18 points and junior running mate Sydney Wiese added 14 points and nine assists on as the seventh-ranked Beavers throttled USC 76-52 Friday night before a Gill Coliseum crowd of 3,615.
The Beavers (23-3, 14-1 Pac-12) extended their current winning streak to 13 games in a row. They also completed a season-sweep of the Trojans (18-11, 6-9) for the second straight year.
Weisner scored 16 of her 18 points in the third quarter, when the Beavers outscored USC 27-12 to take a 56-35 advantage and break open what had been a close game.
